Cooking Classes

Join us for a one-of-a-kind cooking experience with professional chef Kevin DeMarco. Pick a class and delve into ingredients, recipes and techniques in a fun and casual small group environment that will leave you with fantastic memories and valuable skills.

Our classes are crafted for all skill levels.

Check out our 2019 class schedule below. All classes are opened for purchase. We also have a gift certificate option for special occasions. All classes start at 1:00 pm and last approximately 3 hours. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Knife Skills & Italian Cuisine

JUNE 1 - @ 1:00 pm Improve your knife skills while preparing an amazing Italian meal. Spring panzanella salad. Verde stuffed beet and goat cheese ravioli with a sage black pepper aglio olio, sprinkled with crunchy chickpeas. Handmade spaghetti with fresh checca sauce & grilled Italian sausage.

Asian Dim Sum

AUGUST 3 @ 1:00 pm- Tamarind-black bean ribs. Avocado and edamame pot stickers with lemongrass pineapple sweet and sour. Gigi’s shogun veggie noodles (lo Mein).

Pizza Class

OCTOBER 5 @ 1:00 pm- Make homemade pizzas in our wood-fired pizza oven.

Holiday Cookies

DECEMBER 7 @ 1:00 pm- Have fun making and decorating holiday cookies. Another family class – children 12 and under are FREE, teens ½ price!

I have now taken a number of Kevin’s classes over the span of several years.  To describe his classes and my experiences, I would simply say that I do not see how I could go anywhere, for any service, and get what I get in Kevin’s cooking classes.
