APRIL 6 @ 1:00 pm- A focus on Spain & France – Herbs de Provence, pincho (Andalusian) spice, saffron-coriander salt; lavender citrus sweet spice infused mandolins. Traditional ratatouille, pork or lamb pinchos. Baked goat cheese with saffron-coriander and panko crust.
JUNE 1 - @ 1:00 pm Improve your knife skills while preparing an amazing Italian meal. Spring panzanella salad. Verde stuffed beet and goat cheese ravioli with a sage black pepper aglio olio, sprinkled with crunchy chickpeas. Handmade spaghetti with fresh checca sauce & grilled Italian sausage.
AUGUST 3 @ 1:00 pm- Tamarind-black bean ribs. Avocado and edamame pot stickers with lemongrass pineapple sweet and sour. Gigi’s shogun veggie noodles (lo Mein).
OCTOBER 5 @ 1:00 pm- Make homemade pizzas in our wood-fired pizza oven. This is a family class – children 12 and under are FREE, teens ½ price!
DECEMBER 7 @ 1:00 pm- Have fun making and decorating holiday cookies. Another family class – children 12 and under are FREE, teens ½ price!
